Quality Assurance

Our Quality Assurance controls and documents all steps of the product from purchasing to delivery.
All products are stamped with material information and the logo of the manufacturer. Identification with batch numbers allows a follow up within years. In our modern test lab we are able to do destroying and non destroying standard test methods.

Inspection document

All products can be delivered with inspection certificates according to EN 10204 Inspection documents are:
test report 2.2; inspection certificate 3.1.B; inspection certificate 3.1.A ;
3.1. C-report

Approval

Our production is certified acc. ISO 9001:2002. Additional we are approved by Technical Inspection Agency (TÜV) due to AD-Merkblatt WO/TRD 100. The authorization for the ship building is given from GL, LRS, BV and DNV. Other certifications can be provided from additional organizations very shortly. We are approved as material manufacturer to Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) 97/23/EC.
